The staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and well taken care of, which was truly heartwarming. the ironing facilities in the room came in handy as we had a few wrinkled outfits from traveling. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy a cup of tea together. the terrace outside our room was a lovely touch, offering a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the washing machine and dryer in the room were incredibly convenient for us. the attention to detail in providing everything we could possibly need, from cookware to garden furniture, truly impressed me. I cannot praise this hotel enough for the exceptional level of service and amenities provided.
